Tavernly is a place to play table games in your browser. The games are free. You play as a guest, with no sign-up. Bots take the empty seats, so a game always starts.

What you get

Every game has a short guided lesson, called “Learn by playing”. Bots play at three levels: easy, medium and hard. You can also open a private table and send the invite to friends.

How we pay for it

There are no ads. Some game pages link to a printed game that is like ours. If you buy it through that link, we earn a small fee from the seller, and the price does not change for you. These links are marked as paid links.

Fair by proof

Before a game, you see a fingerprint of its secret seed. After the game, we show the seed itself. With the seed, anyone can check every card and every roll. You can do this on the verify page.

Our own games

The rules of a game are a way to play, and many people use them. We write the rules down in our own words. The names, the art and the text are our own. No game here is connected to any other game or publisher.

Bots and other players

A bot is always marked as a bot. You cannot type a name or a message. The only words you can send are the fixed reactions in the game.
